Buy Change function will not allow user to toggle between “Buy Notes” and “Buy
Change”
1) There are no coins in the Dispenser. Perform a “New Coin Count” or “Add Coins”.
Log In > Cash Control > Rolled Coin Count
2) There are no bills in the Dispenser Count menu. Perform a “New Count” or “Add Bills”.
Log In > Cash Control > Load Cash Device > Bill Dispenser Count.
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Dispense Choice Menu.

5) Check the Bill Acceptors for jams.
6) Perform a Rolled Coin Dispenser Reset.

7) Disconnect VAC power (one minute minimum), then ensure all Rolled Coin Dispensers are
working.

Buy Coins cannot be selected when performing a “Buy Change” transaction
1) Ensure the amount of bills inserted was higher than lowest coin dispense selection
Log In > (enter Executive code) > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Rolled

2) Ensure all Dispensers have enough coin rolls to complete the transaction amount in the Cash
Control > Rolled Coin Count menu.
3) Check the Device Status menu and ensure all Dispensers are working properly.

1) The coin type (country) cannot be set from the Coin Dispenser Control Menu - This setting is
determined by the LOCATION setting.
