Cassette Security Bit set
1) A Cassette was removed from the Cassette Rack and a deposit may have been made.
2) Perform a clear errors and select the highlighted Cassette
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Note Recycler > Clear Error/Jam
Coin Hopper Pick Failure
1) Insure coins exist in the Hoppers.
2) Insure the coin count reflects the number of coins in the Hopper.
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Coin Exchange
3) Remove the Hopper from the rack and remove the Bin from the Hopper.
a) Check for incorrect coins/debris in Hopper.
b) Check the feed/exit path for damage or excessive dirt build-up.
Door is not secure
The displayed message can be overidden by entering the Manager or Executive code.
1) The unit “sees” the Vault Door in the unlocked position, lock the Vault Door.
2) Insure the Solenoid Plunger moves freely.
3) Log into the Door Diagnostic menu and block/unblock the sensors to check operation.
Log In > More > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Doors
4) Check the connection at the Vault Door Locking Bolt Position Sensor.
5) Check the connection at Solenoid Plunger position Sensor.
6) Check the connections at terminal J42 and J43 on the Distribution PCB.
7) Replace the suspected defective Sensor.
8) Replace the Distribution PCB.
Door Open Denied
The door was not opened in the alotted time.
1) Select CANCEL and repeat the Pickup Deposit function.
2) Select “Ignore” until the displayed instructions reach the deposit removal process.
X An error “The depsoit cassette is set for Courier Service, did the courier remove the
cash” may be displayed - select the appropriate response.
