General Information
Menu Access Levels:
Permission Groups are created which determine menu access for all users assigned to the group.
Individual Users Permissions are assigned to Users which will override Group Permissions.
If no Individual User Permissions are assigned to a User, the Group Permissions will apply.
Logging onto the TR Series Menus:
From the Main Screen, select Log In
Depending on operational settings...
X The User can place an “enrolled” finger on the fingerprint scanner
X The User can enter an assigned code number
a) Select DONE when prompted (if applicable)
b) The User can enter a valid access code
c) The User may be required to enter a secondary PIN.
d) An authorized User may be required to enter a code for “Dual Access” Log In.
Terms:
Cancel
Will exit the current menu without saving changes.
Clear
Will backspace one character each time CLEAR is selected or clear the entire field.
Done
Will exit the current menu. Changes will not be made if GO BACK or CANCEL is selected before SAVE
is selected.
Enter
Must be selected after information is entered on the Touchscreen.
Go Back
Will exit the current menu
More
Will advance to the next menu page(s).
Save
Must be selected to store data entered in the menu selections.
