Power Up Sequence
1) If a Coin Handler is paired with the Note Handler and is equipped with a UPS device:
a) Hold the On/Off button on the UPS until (2) beeps are heard (UPS should be ON).
2) Press the ON/OFF button at the top/left rear of the unit (facing unit) - The “white” indicator
should not be visible.
After power is applied:
After 30 ~ 60 second period, the Main Screen will be displayed.
The Main Screen may display errors, due to incomplete setup parameters (location specific).
Errors can be ignored, proceed with functionality checks.
Check Date and Time:
The Date and Time should be set to the site location prior to performing any operations.
Log In > Done > (1-2-3-4-5-6) > Maintenance Menu > Set Date and Time
Location and User Import
If the Location Department/Register and User/Group associations are being imported from the
“Tidel Import” spreadsheet, perform that function prior to setting any site specific information.
Log In > Done > (1-2-3-4-5-6) > Configuration > Restore From Back Up
Select the appropriate drive location
All users and location setup information will poplutate the appropriate fields, however it
is highly recommednded the Store Setup Report and User Setup Report are printed for
verification purposes.
