Reject Missing
1) Open the Note Handler Vault and Note Receiving Coverplate.
2) Insure VAC power is disconnected from the Note Handler.
3) Extend the Note Recycler fully from the Note Handler Vault.
4) Insure the Reject Cassette is properly placed.
5) Remove the Reject Cassette and inspect/clean the Reject Cassette Sensor.
6) Replace the Reject Cassette, insure the interlock switch is pulled out and perform a “Clear Jam/
Errors” from the Note Recycler Menu
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Note Recycler > Clear Jams/Errors
Shutter Failure
Refer to the Note Recycler chapter of this manual for references points.
1) Open the Note Handler Vault and Note Receiving Coverplate.
2) Insure VAC power is disconnected from the Note Handler.
3) Extend the Note Recycler fully from the Note Handler Vault.
4) Open the Shutter assembly (B12b).
5) Rotate the Shutter Door Knob to check the open/close operation of the shutter door.
6) Lift the receiving area plate (B5)
a) Rotate knob B2 clockwise the to place the front packer plate forward.
b) Rotate knob B10 fully clockwise to lower presentation plate
c) Check the Note Receiving Area for damage or obstacles.
7) Perform a “Clear Jam/Errors” from the Note Recycler Menu
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Note Recycler > Clear Jams/Errors
Some coins will not dispense to your till during a checkout - Hopper Empty
1) Perform a power reset.
Prior to disconnecting VAC power from the Note Handler/UPS, perform a “Shut Down
Computer”.
Log In > Exit > Shut Down Computer.
2) Perform a “Clear Errors” from the Coin Recycler Menu
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Clear Errors
3) Insure coins actually exist in the Hoppers and the coin count reflects the correct number of
coins in the Hopper.
