One Dispenser is emptied, does not dispense from another Dispenser that contains
the same currency type.
When units have more than one Dispenser that are the same denomination, the unit should dispense
from one of the other Dispensers if one is empty.
1) Disconnect power from the Controller and Remote Module for a minimum of 1 minute- re-apply
power, Remote Module first, then Controller last.
2) Check for jams in the Dispensers.
3) Ensure the Dispenser Coin Count is correct (if a Dispenser is empty but the coin count indicates
coins are loaded, the coin count should be set to “0” for the empty Dispenser).
4) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

5) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.

6) Check the Device Status or Dispenser Status menu and ensure all Dispensers are working
properly.

Overcurrent
1) Inspect condition of coin rolls loaded in the Magazine.
2) Empty the Rolled Coins from the Dispenser Magazine and check for jams in the Cradle.
3) Check the Sensor connection at terminal J3 (Timing Sensor), on the Dispenser PCB..
4) Possible defective Motor.
