“Please wait for your coins to dispense” stays on the display after coin dispense is
completed
1) Disconnect power from the Controller and Remote Module for a minimum of 1 minute- re-apply
power, Remote Module first, then Controller last.
2) Check the Dispenser status in the Device Status Menu.
Log In > (enter Executive code) > More > Maintenance > Device Status
If one of the Dispensers is not responding, the Dispenser may be defective or
connected incorrectly.
3) One or more of the Dispensers are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.
Log In > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Coin Dispenser Control > Setup

4) One or more of the selections are programmed incorrectly in the Setup Dispenser Menu.
Log In > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Coin Dispenser Control > Set

5) Ensure connections are secured in the PROPER DATA PORT COUPLER at the rear of the
Remote Module and Host Controller.
6) Ensure power is applied to all devices, then perform the auto-detect function to set the
configuration.
