Blank Display (activity is present on Display during boot up)
1) Press the Power Button on the DVI Controller (LED should not be illuminated), wait 30 seconds
and press the DVI Power Button again (green LED should illuminate).
2) Remove the backup flashcard from the Control Computer and perform a power reset.
WARNING: Disconnecting VAC power from the TR250 without performing a “Shut Down
Computer” may require the use of a USB keyboard in order to recover.
If the Display comes up normally, replace the flashcard.
3) Check for +12 VDC at the DVI power input.
If voltage is incorrect, check the +12 VDC cable connection (pigtail) located just below
the Control Computer +24 VDC input connection.
4) Check the +5 and +12 VDC Power Supply output voltages on the upper connector on the front
of the Power Supply Chassis.
If voltages are incorrect, the +5 and +12 VDC Power Supply may be defective or
require adjustment.
If voltage is correct, the Distribution PCB may be defective
5) Check the +24 VDC Power Supply output voltages on the upper connector on the front of the
Power Supply Chassis.
If voltages are incorrect, the +24 VDC Power Supply may be defective or require
adjustment.
6) Check the +24 VDC at the Control Computer VDC input.
If voltages are incorrect, the Distribution PCB may be defective.
7) Check for video output on the Control Computer.
a) Shutdown/Power down the Control Computer
b) Disconnect the DVI Cable from the Control Computer.
c) Connect a PC monitor or Projector to the DB9 video output connector on the Control
Computer.
d) During bootup, if possible, enter the BIOS and set for DVI
Chipset > System Agent Configuration > Graphic Configuration > LCD Control > DVI
8) Replace the Display/Touchscreen assembly.
9) Possible defective Computer.
