1) Ensure no obstrustructions are blocking the note collection area.
2) Check the operation of the shutter door (rotate the shutter door knob).
3) Perform cleaning routines for the note collection area.
Resetting Note Recycler
1) Ensure no obstrustructions are blocking the note collection area.
2) Check the operation of the shutter door (rotate the shutter door knob).
3) Perform cleaning routines for the note collection area.
Please take notes presented, add them to any notes recovered from the transport
1) Check for obstrustructions or jams in the note collection area.
Reject Missing
1) Open the Note Handler Vault and Note Collection Coverplate.
2) Ensure VAC power is disconnected from the Note Handler.
3) Extend the Note Recycler fully from the Note Handler Vault.
4) Ensure the Reject Cassette is properly placed.
5) Remove the Reject Cassette and inspect/clean the Reject Cassette Sensor.
6) Replace the Reject Cassette, Ensure the interlock switch is pulled out and perform a “Clear
Jam/Errors” from the Note Recycler Menu
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Note Recycler > Clear Jams/Errors
Shutter Failure
1) Open the Note Handler Vault and Note Collection Coverplate.
2) Ensure VAC power is disconnected from the Note Handler.
3) Extend the Note Recycler fully from the Note Handler Vault.
4) Open the Shutter assembly (B12b).
5) Rotate the Shutter Door Knob to check the open/close operation of the shutter door.
6) Lift the collection area plate (B5)
a) Rotate knob B2 clockwise the to place the front packer plate forward.
b) Rotate knob B10 fully clockwise to lower presentation plate
c) Check the Note Collection Area for damage or obstacles.
7) Perform a “Clear Jam/Errors” from the Note Recycler Menu
