The interlock is not set - 24 volt loss
1) Ensure the Door (Interlock) Switch is pulled out if the Note Handler Vault Door is open.
2) Ensure the Cassette Rack and Note Recycler are seated securely in the Note Recycler Cradle.
3) Open the Note Handler Vault and inspect the Door (Interlock) Switch.
4) Check for +24 VDC at the lower connector on the Power Supply Chassis.
5) Check the +24 VDC connection at the Note Recycler Power Distribution PCB (lower right corner
of the Note Recycler).
6) Remove the Door (Interlock) lock switch mounting bracket from the Note Recycler Cradle and
inspect the wiring connections.
7) Possible defective Door (Interlock) Switch..
USB Transmission Error
1) Perform a power reset, (place the ON/OFF switch in the OFF position for 30 seconds minimum).
2) Perform a “Clear Jam/Errors” from the Note Recycler Menu
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Note Recycler > Clear Jams/Errors
3) Check the Note Recycler USB connection on the Control Computer (inside the the Electronics
Bay).
4) Check for +24 VDC at the lower connector on the Power Supply Chassis.
5) Check the USB connection on the Note Recycler Interface PCB (lower right corner of the Note
Recycler).
6) Check the +24 VDC connection at the Note Recycler Power Distribution PCB (lower right corner
of the Note Recycler).
