Safe Fund (Static Balance)
Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Configuration > Courier Options > Menu
Performing a “Prepare Deposit” will cause the Note Recycler to move notes from the Recycle
Cassettes to the Deposit Cassette in order to achieve the Static Balance amount in the TR Series.
Include Coins In Deposit Extraction (T/F)
Enabling this option will cause the STATIC BALANCE AMOUNT to include the amounts in the
Coin Hoppers, however, only notes will be transferred to the Deposit Cassette - No coins will
be dispensed or transferred when preparing a deposit.
Include Registers Checked Out (T/F)
Will cause the STATIC BALANCE AMOUNT to include the amounts dispensed (when shift was
started).
Safe Fund (static balance) Amount
The amount that should remain in the TR Series after a “Prepare Deposit” has performed
1 - 999999 dollars
User Can Modify Safe Fund Mixes
Enabling this feature will cause a menu to be displayed when a “Prepare Deposit” is performed
in order to determine the mix of the cash transfer.
This menu can be used to alter the number of notes and denomination type being transferred
in order to alter which denominations will remain in the Recycle Cassettes,.
When making alterations, the changes will not cause the total value of the Recycle Cassettes
to be less than the Static Balance.
Save to USB
Log In > Configuration Menu > Save to USB
This function will save current operational settings, User settings and transaction history to a
flash drive plugged into the USB port under the Display/Touchscreen assembly.

Log In > Configuration Menu > Edit Groups, Mixes, etc > Permission Groups > (Select Group)
Users linked to a Group with this ability can see Note counts when the “Status” bar is selected at
the bottom of the Main Screen.
