Motor cycles back and forth
1) Inspect condition of coin rolls loaded in the Magazine.
2) Empty the Rolled Coins from the Dispenser Magazine and check for jams in the cradle.
3) Check the Sensor Connection at terminal J3 (Timing Sensor), on the Dispenser PCB.
4) Possible broken Timing Disk
5) Possible defective Timing Sensor.
6) Possible defective Motor.
Motor runs, cradle does not rotate
1) Remove the coin rolls from the magazine and inspect the cradle (top and bottom side) for
obstructions.
2) Attempt to rotate the cradle by hand (a considerable amount of resistance should be felt).
If not:
a) Remove the “R” clip and (2) 9/32” nuts that secure the coverplate on the cold side of the
Dispenser - Inspect the Drive gear assembly for damage.
b) Remove the motor from the hot side of the Dispenser and inspect the drive gears.
Not Working is displayed
1) Insure the exit path and Exit Sensor (inside receiving tray), are not blocked
2) Check for a jam in the Cradle.
3) Check the Drop/Exit Sensor connection at terminal J5 on the Dispenser PCB.
4) Possible defective Exit Sensor.
5) Possible defective Dispenser PCB.
