X Daily Reboot Time
The Tidel TR Series performs a mandatory “warm start’ each day (3:00 am default).
The time of day the reboot occurs can be designated to prevent interference with other
operations that might occur at corresponding times.
X Enable External Vault Fund (T/F)
X Enable External Vault Fund Auto Balance (T/F)
X Enable Incremental Backups
X Increment Displayed Weekdays
X Maximum Accounting Period Length
“0” = does not apply.
1 to 999 hours = an “End Accounting Period” must be performed within the set time
(since the previous End Accounting Period was performed).
If an “End Accounting Period” is not performed within the set time a warning will be
displayed in the Status Menu
X Maximum Tills Per Register
Allows multiple tills to be checked out for a Register that is checked out.
Used for the purpose of overlapping shift changes (one employee can check out a till
to start a shift before the already checked out till is checked back in).

X Minimum Accounting Period Length
“0” = does not apply.
1 to 999 hours = a successive “End Accounting Period” cannot be performed until the
appropriate amount of time has elapsed.
X Mixed Mode/Virtual Registers
Allows non register based Users (such as waiters and waitresses), to check in/out
funds.
X Run CFT If Till Not Checked In (T/F)
X Track Pickup Sessions (T/F)
A Pickup Session is started when a designated User relieves excess cash from checked
out registers and deposits the excess cash.
X Transaction Expirations
Transactions older that the time range designated (expired), will be deleted from the
report history and cannot be retrieved.
