Rolled Coin Dispenser Troubleshooting
Warning - one or more Dispenser configurations do not match the supported
currency
1) Disconnect VAC Power for a minimum of 2 minutes.
2) Check the Location Setting in the “Other” Policy Menu
Log In > (Executive code) > More > Policy > Other
3) Ensure the Currency support is set to Local Only
Log In > (Executive code) > More > Policy > Other
4) Ensure the Dispensers are programmed correctly.
Log In > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Coin Dispenser Control> Setup
Dispensers
a) Dispensers should be enabled.
b) Country/Currency set to correct Country.
c) Denomination is set correctly.
5) Ensure the Dispenser Dispense Selections are set correctly.
Log In > Cash Control > Configure Dispense Choices > Coin Dispenser Control > Set
Choices
a) Select the number of denomination types to dispense.
b) Select the number of coin rolls per denomination.
