Carrier Tray is not properly inserted - Insert Carrier Tray all the way in
1) Insure the Coin Collection Tray is installed fully into the Coin Collection Tray Rack
2) Extend the Coin Collection Tray Rack fully and check the operation of the sensor actuator pin at
the sensor when the tray is installed.
3) Use the Door and Sensor Maintenance menu to check the functionality of the Coin Vault
Sensors.
Login > Maintenance Menu > Door Solenoids and Sensors
X Block and unblock the Door Sensors.
If the Sensor status does not change appropriately:
a) Check the physical condition of the Sensors.
b) Check the “quick connect” at the Sensor cables (if equipped).
c) Check the connection at terminal J18 on the Hardware Support PCB
4) Possible defective Sensor.
5) Possible defective Hardware Support PCB.
Coins are deposited into wrong Hoppers
1) Check the condition of the Coin Hopper Manifold (coin channels).
2) Insure the Coin Drive Disk is seated properly (engages alignment pin).
3) Inspect the Coin Drive Disk fins for damage.
4) Check the Coin Exit Slots for blockage.
5) Check the positioning of the Coin Rail and rubber gasket.
Coins are not deposited in Hoppers (Coin Sorter is running)
1) Remove the Coin Loading Tray and inspect the feed wheel area.
2) Open the Coin Sorter hood and inspect the feed wheel exit area for jams.
3) Perform cleaning routines.
4) Insure the Coin Drive Disk is seated properly (engages alignment pin).
5) Inspect the Coin Drive Disk fins for damage.
6) Possible broken belt (replace Coin Sorter)
