Printing is delayed after report is selected or End Of Day/Shift is performed
1) Perform a power reset.
Prior to disconnecting VAC power from the Note Handler, perform a “Shut Down Computer”.
Log In > Exit > Shut Down Computer
2) Check Printer for signs of spillage or abuse.
3) Check the USB data cable connection on the Printer PCB.
4) Check the USB data cable connection on the Control Computer.
5) Perform a “Reset Printer” from the diagnostics menu
Log In > Maintenance > Printer Reset
Status should indicate “Ready”
If not , Select REBOOT and repeat step 4
6) Replace the FlashCard.
7) Check the +24 VDC at the Printer
If correct, the Printer may be defective
7) If incorrect, check the +24 VDC at the upper connector on the Power Supply Chassis
If incorrect, the +24 VDC power Supply may be defective or require adjustment
If correct, the Distribution PCB may be defective
