Printing stops intermittently while printing reports
1) Perform a power reset - disconnect VAC power for (1) second minimum.
2) Check Printer for signs of spillage or abuse.
3) Check the USB data cable connection on the Printer PCB.
4) Check the USB data cable connection on the Control Computer.
5) Perform a “Reset Printer” from the diagnostics menu.
Log In > Maintenance > Printer Reset
Status should indicate “Ready”
If not , select REBOOT and repeat step 4
6) Replace the Flashdrive on the expansion dongle.
7) Check the +24 VDC at the Printer
If correct, the Printer may be defective
8) If incorrect, ensure the +24 VDC Printer Power Supply is plugged into the VAC power strip
(inside the Note Handler upper hood).
If so, the +24 VDC Printer Power Supply may be defective.
