Coin Recycler Function Menus
This function can be used to adjust the coin count in the Hoppers.
Coin Exchange
Dump/Accept
Dispense To Overflow
Coins can be dispensed from the Hoppers into the Overflow Bin
located in the bottom the Coin Handler Vault.
Empty Bin
This function removes any amounts reported in the Overflow Bin
(from “dispense coins to overflow” operations).
Perform Maintenance
Coins can be dispensed from the Hoppers into the Overflow Bin
located in the bottom the Coin Handler Vault.
Transfer From Overflow
Allows coins to be removed from the Overflow Bin and placed into
Coin Sorter (to be deposited back into the Hoppers).
These functions will produce a report indicating the beginning
counts, ending counts and the “coin out/coin in” net difference.
COINS EXISITING IN THE OVERFLOW BIN PRIOR TO PERFORMING THIS FUNCTION
MUST BE REMOVED TO PREVENT ACCOUNTING ERRORS
Log In > Status (bottom tool bar) > Coin Recycler > Empty Bin
DUMP = The User can dispense the entire contents of a selected Coin Hopper into the Coin
Recieving Tray or Overflow Bin.
Coin counts will be set to “0” after dumping.
Coins dumped using this function WILL NOT be added to the Overflow Tray count.
ACCEPT = Will cause the Coin Sorter to operate, allowing coins to be deposited into the Hoppers.
After performing a Dump/Accept process, a report will be generated showing
beginning, ending and net totals.
