Parameter Description
addresstype The type of address being passed. Options are ip or dns.
ipaddr The IP address of the logging host, if the addresstype is
specified as ip.
hostname The hostname of the logging host, if the addresstype is
specified as dns.
port The port number of the syslog server. The range is 1025–
65535.
severitylevel The severity level of the traps to be logged. You can
specify an integer from 0 to 7 or one of the following
keywords:
• Emergency (0)
• Alert (1)
• Critical (2)
• Error (3)
• Warning (4)
• Notice (5)
• Info (6)
• Debug (7)
