spanning tree auto edge
Use this command to specify that the port is an Auto Edge Port. This allows this
port to transition to the Forwarding State after the expiration of 3 times the Hold
Time in all instances. This is also known as the fast convergence of leave nodes of
spanning tree.
Use the no form of the command to remove the Auto Edge configuration from the
port.
spanning-tree auto-edge
no spanning-tree auto-edge
Default
Auto Edge is enabled on all ports.

no form of the command to disable discarding BPDUs on the interface.
