REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
SEAT ASSEMBLY
Refer to Group 23–Body, Front Seat Removal and
Installation.
SEAT ADJUSTER
REMOVAL
(1) Seat removed from vehicle. Using a clean area
to place seat.
(2) Remove two seat back mounting screws and
also remove two seat back recliner screws (Fig. 6).
(3) Remove four seat adjuster mounting screws
from cushion pan.
(4) Remove adjuster from seat.
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedure.
SEAT SWITCH
REMOVAL
(1) Open hood, disconnect and isolate the negative
battery cable remote terminal from the remote bat-
tery post (Fig. 7).
(2) Remove the seat cushion side shield. Refer to
Group 23, Body for the procedure.
(3) Disconnect wiring from switch.
(4) Remove knobs from the switch by gently prying
straight off..
(5) Remove the switch attaching screws.
(6) Remove switch from cushion side shield
INSTALLATION
For installation, reverse the above procedure.
