The R&S ZNA only supports the stepped mode, i.e, the fre-
quency is changed stepwise and sampling is performed at a
tuned frequency for each measurement point.

Defines the total number of measurement points per sweep ("Number of Points").
Values between 1 and 100,001 can be set.
