Bit 8 – Probing routine
0: Probe contact is probed from several directions
1: Probe contact is probed from one direction
Bit 9 – Automatic measurement of the direction of the
probe contact basic rotation (bit 8 = 1)
0: Basic rotation is not measured
1: Basic rotation of the probe element is automatically
measured
Bit 10 – Probing routine (bit 8 = 1)
0: Pre-positioning to starting point in all three principal axes
1: Pre-positioning to starting point in the tool axis and in the
axis of the probing direction (MP6505) (bit 9 = 0)
