SOURce:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:FREQuency:POINts
<NrOfPts>
Defines the number of frequency sweep points of the leveling grid for physical port
<PhyPt>.
After defining the leveling grid (using
SOURce<Ch>:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:FREQuency and
SOURce<Ch>:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:POWer commands), you
can start the leveling data acquisition using SOURce:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:
SLEVeling[:ACQuire].

Parameters:
<NrOfPts> Number of points
By default the R&S ZNA uses 201 sweep points. The higher the
number of "Sweep Points", the more accurate the leveling, but
also the longer it takes to create the leveling table). The number
of sweep points is limited to 100001.

SOURce:POWer<PhyPt>:CORRection:SLEVeling:FREQuency:STOP <FreqValue>
Defines the start and stop frequency of the leveling grid for physical port <PhyPt>.
By default the vector network analyzer uses the standard frequency range of the
selected "Meas Port".
