Configures the keypad sequence to deactivate the
Call Waiting option
fwd-busy-or-no-ans
Configures the keypad sequence to activate the
forward on 'busy or no answer' option
fwd-deactivate

the keypad sequence to deactivate any
of the call forward options

Do Not Disturb option
