Error legend:
VLAN : The local logical interface is down.
RmtRDI: One of the remote MEPs is not receiving all CCMs.
MAC : One of the remote MEPs has a blocked port status.
Remote: There are no known remote MEPs.
XCON : The MEP is receiving CCMs from different domains or
services.
RmtAIS: Alarm Indication Signal from MEP
RmtLCK: One of the remote MIP set administrative lock condition .
