mwi-on-dig-ptrn
Digit pattern to notify PBX about messages waiting for
extension (added as prefix)
mwi-source-number
Phone number sent as source number toward PSTN for
MWI setup.
mwi-suffix-pattern
MWI suffix code to notify PBX about messages waiting for
extension (added as suffix to the extension number)
SMDI timeout.
