Defines acoustic echo suppressor min reference delay [10
ms].
caller-id-transport-

Defines the Caller ID Transport type.

Defines the time to play DTMF (in msec).
dtmf-generation-twist
Defines a delta between the high and low frequency
components in the DTMF signal [db].
