Restart the printer.
Service engineer:
1. Check that the Color sensor is installed in the Carriage.
2. Check that the Color sensor is correctly installed and screwed into place.
3. Check that the Color sensor cable is not damaged.
4. Check that the Color sensor cable is correctly connected to the Carriage PCA.
5. If the system error persists, replace the Color sensor.
6. Perform a Color sensor basic test (CLC), to ensure that the replaced part is working correctly.
