Problem description:
The printer has reached an end-of-roll condition: substrate moving, but input spindle not rotating.
Corrective action:
Call agent:
1. If the roll is not finished, unload and reload the substrate.
2. Load a new roll.
3. Check that the substrate is not slipping on the spindle.

Problem description:
Printing with ink collector is not available for this PM.

1. Turn the power off at the rear of the printer and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord
