Note SNCP is the default ONS 15454 SDH topology. It is available as soon as you install the SNCP STM-N
cards, connect the STM-N fibers, and create the DCC terminations. Unlike the MS-SPRings,
ONS 15454 SDH SNCPs do not require explicit set up.
