Usethiscommandtoresettheswitchwithoutlosinganyuser‐definedconfigurationsettings.
Syntax
reset [unit]
Parameters
Defaults
IfnounitIDisspecified,theentiresystemwillbereset.
Mode
Switchcommand,read‐write.
Usage
AEnterasysB5switchcanalsoberesetwiththeRESETbuttonlocatedonitsfrontpanel.For
informationonhowtodothis,refertotheEnterasysB5InstallationGuideshippedwithyour
switch.
Examples
Thisexampleshowshowtoresetthesystem:
B5(su)->reset
Are you sure you want to reload the stack? (y/n) y
Saving Configuration to stacking members
Reloading all switches.
Thisexampleshowshowtoresetunit1:
