the intersection of the tear straps, lap splice, and doubler next to the stiffeners at S-23L/R.

The NDI method(s) necessary to accomplish the intent of this inspection is contained in the
737 Nondestructive Test Manual (D6-37239). The inspection procedures are contained in Part
6, Section 53-11-08.

at the junction of the radial stiffeners/lap splices and the tear straps.
