WINDOW HEAT CONTROL UNIT - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. This procedure contains scheduled maintenance task data.
B. This Procedure has these tasks:
(1) Removal of the window heat control unit.
(2) Installation of the window heat control unit.
(3) Thermal Switch Removal.
(4) Thermal Switch Installation.
(5) Replace the Thermal Switch Fairing Compound.

2. Window Heat Control Unit (WHCU) Removal
(Figure 401)
A. General
(1) This task gives instructions to remove the four WHCUs.
(2) The window heat control units (WHCUs [1]) are installed on the E4-2 and E2-1 racks in the
main equipment center.
