THEN RE-TORQUE TO 23-26 INCH-POUNDS USING A 9/64 IN HEX DRIVER."
NOTE: Do not do re-torque on airplanes with new rigid bus assemblies, (WITH SB24-1128)
(POST PRR 38317).
(a) Access to these screws is gained through six holes above and adjacent to the terminal
studs.
(b) Loosen the screws one full turn, then tighten the screws to 25 ±1 in-lb (3 ±0 N·m).

(5) To install the rigid bus assembly on Power Distribution Panel 1, P91, do the steps that follow:
(a) Install the two electrical connectors on the rigid bus assembly and tighten the two screws.
(b) Install the three nuts [9], lockwashers [10] and washers [11] that hold the bus bars to the
rigid bus assembly.
(c) Tighten the nuts to 22 ±2 in-lb (2 ±1 N·m).
(d) Install the breakers listed below. To install these breakers, do this task: Breaker
Installation, TASK 24-21-41-400-801.

(6) To install the rigid bus assembly on Power Distribution Panel 2, P92, do the steps that follow:
(a) Install the two electrical connectors on the rigid bus assembly and tighten the two screws.
(b) Install the three nuts [9], lockwashers [10] and washers [11] that hold the bus bars to the
rigid bus assembly.
(c) Tighten the nuts to 22 ±2 in-lb (2 ±1 N·m).
(d) Install the three bolts [12] and washers [13] that hold wires to the terminal posts on the
rigid bus assembly.
NOTE: Use identification tags on wires for correct installation.
(e) Install the breakers listed below. To install these breakers, do this task: Breaker
Installation, TASK 24-21-41-400-801.
