SUBTASK 24-41-11-420-003-001
(1) Do these steps to install the receptacle [1]:
NOTE: Discard the gasket and the attaching hardware kit (washers and nuts) that is provided
with the external power connector. Retain the lug attaching hardware kit that is used to
attach the electrical feeder cables.
(a) Apply one of the parting agents listed to the surface of the receptacle [1] that touches the
receptacle pan.
NOTE: Do not apply the parting agent to the structure or any surface that will have fillet
seal.
1) AC962-73C peelable parting agent, G50365
2) peelable parting agent, G50366
3) AZ 634-2 peelable parting agent, G50367
4) Rexco Partall Coverall Film peelable parting agent, G50368
5) temporary coating, G50369
(b) When the parting agent is dry to touch, apply sealant, A00247 to the surface of the
receptacle [1] that touches the receptacle pan to make a removable faying surface seal
(TASK 51-31-00-390-810).
(c) Put the receptacle [1] in its position on the receptacle pan.
