E. Prepare for the Removal
SUBTASK 30-11-11-040-001
WARNING
DO THE DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE FOR THE LE SLATS. THE LE SLATS
CAN MOVE QUICKLY AND CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE
TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Deactivate the leading edge slats. To deactivate them, do this task: Leading Edge Flaps and
Slats - Deactivation, TASK 27-81-00-040-801.

(2) Open this circuit breaker and install safety tag:
