NOTE: Remove forward cargo compartment aft bulkhead panels. Remove/displace insulation
blankets as required. Remove ducting as required.

panels (skins, frames, stringers), longitudinal lap splices, circumferential skin and stringer
splices, and forward side of Sta 540 bulkhead and bulkhead splices.
