(2) Install the bonding fasteners for the applicable panel:
(a) Apply compound, C00528 to the fastener and its hole.
(b) Measure the maximum electrical resistance for each bonding fastener.
1) Refer to this task: Wing-To-Body Fairing Panel Maximum Electrical Resistance
Check, TASK 53-51-21-760-801.
a) Make sure that the resistance for each bonding fastener is not more than
300,000 ohms for these access panels:
• In Zone 191: 191AL, 191AR, 191BL, 191BR, 191FL, 191FR, 191GL,
191GR, 191HL, 191HR
b) Make sure that the resistance for each bonding fastener is not more than 10
ohms for these access panels:
• In Zone 191: 191CL, 191CR, 191D
c) Make sure that the resistance for each bonding jumper is not more than 0.5
ohms for this access panel:
• In Zone 191: 191E
(c) After you install the bonding fasteners, apply one layer of primer, C00175, to the bonding
fasteners only.
