C2(su)->set igmpsnooping adminmode enable
set igmpsnooping interfacemode
UsethiscommandtoenableordisableIGMPononeorallports.
Syntax
set igmpsnooping interfacemode port-string {enable | disable}
Parameters
Defaults
None.
Mode
Switchcommand,read‐write.
Usage
InorderforIGMPsnoopingtobeenabledononeorallports,itmustbegloballyenabledonthe
deviceusingthesetigmpsnoopingadminmodecommandasdescribedin“setigmpsnooping
adminmode”onpage 11‐3,andthenenabledonaport(s)usingthiscommand.
Example
ThisexampleshowshowtoenableIGMPonportsge.1‐10:
C2(su)->set igmpsnooping interfacemode ge.1-10 enable
set igmpsnooping groupmembershipinterval
UsethiscommandtoconfiguretheIGMPgroupmembershipintervaltimeforthesystem.
Syntax
set igmpsnooping groupmembershipinterval time
Parameters
port‐string SpecifiesoneormoreportsonwhichtoenableordisableIGMP.
enable|disable EnablesordisablesIGMP.
time SpecifiestheIGMPgroupmembershipinterval.Validvaluesare2‐3600
seconds.
Thisvalueworkstogetherwiththesetigmpsnoopingmaxresponsetime
commandtoremoveportsfromanIGMPgroupandmustbegreaterthan
themaxresponsetimevalue.
