Configuring Quality of Service (QoS)
Purpose
Eighttransmitqueuesareimplementedintheswitchhardwareforeachport,butonlysixare
availableforuseinprioritizingvariousdataandcontroltraffic.Theseventhandeighthqueuesare
reservedforstacking(ifapplicable)andnetworkcontrolrelatedcommunications.
Thecommandsinthissectionallowyoutoset
theprioritymodeandweightforeachofthe
availablesixqueues(queues0through5)foreachphysicalportontheswitch.Prioritymodeand
weightcannotbeconfiguredonLAGs,onlyonthephysicalportsthatmakeuptheLAG.
