SPANNING-TREE RSTP ENABLE
Syntax
spanning-tree rstp enable
Parameters
None
Mode
Global Configuration mode
Description
Use this command to enable the Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol on the
switch. You cannot enable RSTP until you have activated it with
“SPANNING-TREE MODE RSTP” on page 708.
Confirmation Command
“SHOW RUNNING-CONFIG” on page 158 or “SHOW SPANNING-TREE”
on page 698
Example
This example enables RSTP on the switch:
awplus> enable
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# spanning-tree rstp enable
