Syntax
dot1x eap
discard

forward-untagged-vlan

Parameters
discard
Discards all ingress EAP packets on all ports.
forward
Forwards ingress EAP packets across all VLANs and ports.
forward-untagged-vlan
Forwards ingress EAP packets only to untagged ports in the same
VLAN as the ingress port.
forward-vlan
Forwards ingress EAP packets to tagged and untagged ports in the
same VLAN as the ingress port.
Mode
Global Configuration mode
Description
Use this command to control the action of the switch to EAP packets when
802.1x authentication is disabled on the switch.

Examples
This example configures the switch to forward all EAP packets when
802.1x authentication is disabled:
awplus> enable
awplus# configure terminal
awplus(config)# dot1x eap forward
