+CMGR - Read Message
SELINT 2
<stat> - status of the message
0 - new message
1 - read message
2 - stored message not yet sent
3 - stored message already sent
<alpha> - string type alphanumeric representation of <da> or <oa>,
corresponding to an entry found in the phonebook; used character set is
the one selected with command +CSCS.
<length> - length of the PDU in bytes.
<pdu> - message in PDU format according to 3GPP TS 23.040.
The status of the message and entire message data unit <pdu> is returned.

If there is a Received message in location <index> the output format is (the
information written in italics will be present depending on +CSDH last setting):
+CMGR: <stat>,<oa>,<alpha>,<scts>[,<tooa>,<fo>,<pid>,
<dcs>,<sca>,<tosca>,<length>]<CR><LF><data>
If there is either a Sent or an Unsent message in location <index> the output
format is:
+CMGR: <stat>,<da>,<alpha>[,<toda>,<fo>,<pid>,<dcs>,[<vp>],
<sca>,<tosca>,<length>]<CR><LF><data>
If there is a Message Delivery Confirm in location <index> the output format is:
+CMGR: <stat>,<fo>,<mr>,<ra>,<tora>,<scts>,<dt>,<st>
where:
<stat> - status of the message
"REC UNREAD" - new received message unread
"REC READ" - received message read
"STO UNSENT" - message stored not yet sent
"STO SENT" - message stored already sent
<fo> - first octet of the message PDU
<mr> - message reference number; 3GPP TS 23.040 TP-Message-Reference in
integer format
<ra> - recipient address, string type, represented in the currently selected
character set (see +CSCS)
<tora> - type of number <ra>
<scts> - arrival time of the message to the SC
<dt> - sending time of the message
<st> - message status as coded in the PDU
<pid> - Protocol Identifier
<dcs> - Data Coding Scheme
<vp> - Validity Period; its format depends on SMS-SUBMIT <fo> setting (see
+CSMP):
