Parameter:
<mode>
(0,1) - (0 is factory default)
Note: This setting returns to default after power off.

Read command reports the value of parameter <mode>, in the format:

AT#SHFEC=?
Test command returns the supported range of values of parameter <mode>.

1 - enables automatic gain control for handset mode
