Read command reports the <mode> and <stat> parameter values in the format:
+CREG: <mode>,<stat>[,<Lac>,<Ci>[,<AcT>]]
Note: <Lac>, and <Ci> and <AcT> are reported only if <mode>=2 and the
mobile is registered on some network cell.
AT+CREG=?
Test command returns the range of supported <mode>

[,<format>
[,<oper>[,< AcT>]]]]
Set command forces an attempt to select and register the network operator.
<mode> parameter defines whether the operator selection is done automatically or
it is forced by this command to operator <oper>.
The operator <oper> shall be given in format <format>.
Parameters:
<mode>
0 - automatic choice (the parameter <oper> will be ignored) (factory default)
1 - manual choice (<oper> field shall be present)
