Execution command reports the list of all the messages with status value <stat>
stored into <memr> message storage (<memr> is the message storage for read and
delete SMs as last settings of command +CPMS).
The parameter type and the command output depend on the last settings of
command +CMGF (message format to be used)
(PDU Mode)
Parameter:
<stat>
0 - new message
1 - read message
2 - stored message not yet sent
3 - stored message already sent
4 - all messages.

where:
<index> - message position in the memory storage list.
<stat> - status of the message
<alpha> - string type alphanumeric representation of <da> or <oa>, corresponding
to an entry found in the phonebook; used character set is the one
selected with command +CSCS.
<length> - length of the PDU in bytes
<pdu> - message in PDU format according to 3GPP TS 23.040
