where:
<commandDetails> - unsigned Integer used as a bit field.
0..255 - used as a bit field:
bit 1:
0 - Digits only (0-9, *, #, and +)
1 - Alphabet set
bit 2:
0 - SMS default alphabet (GSM character set)
1 - UCS2 alphabet
bit 3:
0 - ME may echo user input on the display
1 - User input shall not be revealed in any way. Hidden entry mode (see
GSM 11.14) is only available when using digit input. In hidden entry mode
only characters (‘0’-‘9’, ‘*’ and ‘#‘) are allowed.
bit 4:
0 - User input to be in unpacked format
1 - User input to be in SMS packed format
bits 5 to 7:
0
bit 8:
0 - No help information available
1 - Help information available
<text> - string as prompt for text
<responseMin> - minimum length of user input
0..255
<responseMax> - maximum length of user input
0..255
<defaultText> - string supplied as default response text
