fhrp delay
To specify the delay period for the initialization of First Hop Redundancy Protocol (FHRP) clients, use the
fhrp delay command in interface configuration mode. To remove the delay period specified, use the no form
of this command.
fhrp delay {[minimum] [reload] seconds}
no fhrp delay {[minimum] [reload] seconds}
Syntax Description
(Optional) Configures the delay period after an
interface becomes available.
minimum
(Optional) Configures the delay period after the
device reloads.
reload
Delay period in seconds. The range is from 0 to 3600.
seconds

This example shows how to specify the delay period for the initialization of FHRP clients:
