Syntax Description
(Optional) Sets a drop threshold for the maximum rate of Layer 2 protocol packets
per second to be received before an interface drops packets.
drop-threshold
(Optional) Sets a shutdown threshold for the maximum rate of Layer 2 protocol packets
per second to be received before an interface is shut down.
shutdown-threshold
A threshold in packets per second to be received for encapsulation before the interface
shuts down, or the threshold before the interface drops packets. The range is 1 to 4096.
The default is no threshold.
value
(Optional) Enables tunneling of CDP, specifies a shutdown threshold for CDP, or
specifies a drop threshold for CDP.
cdp
(Optional) Enables tunneling of STP, specifies a shutdown threshold for STP, or
specifies a drop threshold for STP.
stp
(Optional) Enables tunneling or VTP, specifies a shutdown threshold for VTP, or
specifies a drop threshold for VTP.
vtp
(Optional) Enables tunneling of LLDP packets.lldp
(Optional) Enables point-to point tunneling of PAgP, LACP, and UDLD packets.point-to-point
(Optional) Enables point-to-point tunneling of PAgP, specifies a shutdown threshold
for PAgP, or specifies a drop threshold for PAgP.
pagp
(Optional) Enables point-to-point tunneling of LACP, specifies a shutdown threshold
for LACP, or specifis a drop threshold for LACP.
lacp
(Optional) Enables point-to-point tunneling of UDLD, specifies a shutdown threshold
for UDLD, or specifies a drop threshold for UDLD.
udld
Command Default
